This User Agreement governs the use of https://iris.svenaruke.com, operated by Servis Nikolai DOO.
By using the website, viewing the menu, placing an order, leaving a review or sending a message through website forms, the user agrees to this User Agreement.
1. General provisions
Servis Nikolai DOO provides access to the BLACK IRIS website for viewing the menu, restaurant information, placing orders, contacting the restaurant and leaving reviews.

2. Website use
The user must use the website lawfully and must not interfere with website operation, damage data, overload the server or restrict access for other users.
3. Website information
Information about dishes, drinks, prices, ingredients, availability, promotions and working hours is provided for reference. The restaurant tries to keep it up to date, but individual items, prices and conditions may change without prior notice.
4. Orders
The user may place an order through the website by providing contact data, selected items, fulfilment method, comments and other information requested by the order form. Submitting an order is not automatic confirmation; the order is accepted only after confirmation by the restaurant.
5. Order changes and cancellation
The restaurant may contact the user to clarify order details, change items, collection time, delivery conditions or cancel the order if fulfilment is impossible. The user may cancel the order before confirmation or where the current order status allows it.
6. Payment and fulfilment
Payment, pickup, courier delivery and minimum order conditions are shown on the website or confirmed by the restaurant. If the user chooses cash payment, the user must provide correct change information where requested.
7. Telegram bot and notifications
The website may offer Telegram bot notifications about order status. Connecting the Telegram bot is voluntary. Telegram use is also subject to Telegram’s own rules and policies.

Users may leave reviews. Reviews may be moderated before publication. The restaurant may refuse to publish or may delete spam, offensive, unlawful, advertising or irrelevant materials, or materials containing third-party personal data.
